The process begins with a detailed video brief via Zoom or Teams, followed by iterative design reviews shared through our secure cloud portal. All files — including CAD drawings, 3D renders, and structural documents — are delivered digitally. We maintain UK-compatible working hours for overlap calls and use WhatsApp/Telegram for real-time updates. Clients in the UK have full visibility into every design milestone.

We deliver a comprehensive suite of file formats: AutoCAD DWG/DXF for architectural and structural drawings, Revit RVT for BIM models, PDF for print-ready documentation, Full HD and 4K MP4 for walkthrough videos, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG/TIFF for 3D visualization renders. Our submission packages include site plans, setback compliance documentation, structural certificates, and NOC support documentation. For international clients, we coordinate directly with local authorities on your behalf to ensure approvals proceed smoothly.

We operate on a milestone-based payment structure that aligns with project deliverables. Typically: 30% advance at project commencement, 30% at design development completion, 25% at working drawing completion, and 15% on final delivery.
